Regency Alliance Insurance led the gainers with 10% share price appreciation closing at NGN 0.55 per share, followed by PZ Cussons Nigeria (+8.78%), Cutix (+5.6%) and Deap Capital Management & Trust (+5.59%). On the losing side, Guinness Nigeria came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of 10% at NGN 61.20 per share, followed by Africa Prudential (-9.86%), International Breweries (-9.07%) and Computer Warehouse Group (-6.98%). Wapic Insurance recorded the highest volume of 402 million traded shares, followed by Fidelity Bank (49.9m), Access Holdings (25.4m) and United Bank for Africa (23.1m).
