Eterna led the gainers with 9.96% share price appreciation closing at NGN 37.55 per share, followed by Transcorp Nigeria (+9.91%), FCMB Group (+9.89%) and Africa Prudential (+9.85%). On the losing side, VFD Group came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of 9.92% at NGN 47.20 per share, followed by International Energy Insurance (-8.72%), Cadbury Nigeria (-8%) and Cornerstone Insurance Company (-7.89%). Fidelity Bank recorded the highest volume of 56.4 million traded shares, followed by Access Holdings (30.4m), Zenith Bank (27.6m) and Africa Prudential (23.3m).
