Okomu Oil Palm led the gainers with 10% share price appreciation closing at NGN 403.70 per share, followed by MRS Oil Nigeria (+10%), AXA Mansard Insurance (+10%) and Sterling Bank (+10%). On the losing side, Austin Laz & Company came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of 9.84% at NGN 1.65 per share, followed by Aradel Holdings (-9.64%), Oando (-8.63%) and Veritas Kapital Assurance (-4.44%). Guaranty Trust Holding recorded the highest volume of 39.4 million traded shares, followed by Japaul Gold and Ventures (35.8m), Zenith Bank (34.6m) and United Bank for Africa (26.4m).
