MR. OGUNBEMI BANJI
Mr. Ogungbemi graduated from University of Lagos in 1977 with 2nd Class Upper Degree in Finance.
He obtained an MBA from the University of Ibadan in 1984. He is a certified member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) in 1990. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK.
Mr.Ogungbemi after graduation worked in National Oil, where he rose to the top management level before joining Shell Petroleum. At Shell, he rose to the position of Managing Director Shell Nigeria Oil Products Ltd. He voluntarily retired from this position in 2009. After leaving Shell, Mr. Ogungbemi became the pioneer MD/CEO of Benin Petroleum Services SA (Cotonu, Benin), a company he nurtured from inception until the full capacity of the depot was
completed and was up and running receiving finished petroleum products. He voluntarily retired from this position after completing the terms of his employment contract.
Mr. Ogungbemi has held various other top management positions. Worthy of mention are; Manager Shell Nigeria Oil Products Ltd (2004 – 2007) – West Africa Region Business Projects , Ghana and Project Manager (2003- 2004) N.W & E Africa ( Based in Accra Ghana).
Mr. Ogungbemi has extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry at top management positions and brings this experience to bear on all his endeavours. He joined the Board of Valmon Securities Limited in 2014. He is married and lives in Lagos with his family.
