Cumulatively, 126 NGX equities participated in trading, ending with 34 gainers and 16 losers. Union Homes Real Estate Inv. led the gainers with 9.94% share price appreciation closing at NGN 44.25 per share, followed by Africa Prudential (+9.9%), Caverton Offshore Support Group (+9.87%) and Omatek Ventures (+8.22%). On the losing side, Guinea Insurance came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of 10% at NGN 0.72 per share, followed by Eunisell Interlinked (-9.68%), The Initiates (-8.02%) and Oando (-7.69%). Access Holdings recorded the highest volume of 36.6 million traded shares, followed by Zenith Bank (26.8m), Sterling Bank (11.2m) and Jaiz Bank (10.9m).
