MeCure Industries led the gainers with 10% share price appreciation closing at NGN 12.65 per share, followed by Neimeth International Pharma (+10%), Prestige Assurance Company (+10%) and Lasaco Assurance (+9.96%). On the losing side, PZ Cussons Nigeria came out last with an end-of-day price depreciation of 10% at NGN 26.10 per share, followed by Vitafoam Nigeria (-9.62%), Nigerian Exchange Group (-9.17%) and Ikeja Hotel (-7.41%). Universal Insurance Company recorded the highest volume of 71.5 million traded shares, followed by Guaranty Trust Holding (54.7m), Access Holdings (46.6m) and C&I Leasing (32.3m).
